Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use Datepedia if you have been convicted of a violent or sexual offence, or if we have previously removed your account.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Free service

Datepedia is provided free of charge. We may introduce optional features in the future; any change to this would be announced in advance and would never remove the core free features without notice.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Datepedia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute your content on the service according to your privacy settings, for as long as it is on Datepedia.

5. Conduct

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate them or the law, at our discretion.

6. Interactions with other members

Datepedia does not conduct criminal background checks and is not responsible for the conduct of members on or off the service. Use caution and follow our safety advice.

7. Astrology content

Astrological charts, compatibility scores and readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not professional, psychological or relationship advice.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Datepedia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: palmies@pm.me.
